As we have ATOL we can book your flights for you and then
your whole holiday is financially covered under one scheme.
If you have already booked your flights then we are happy to
arrange your tour only. We do not book flights only.
There are a number of airports across South India, the main
ones being Chennai (Madras), Mumbai (Bombay), Bangalore,
Hyderabad, Cochin, Trivandrum and Calicut. Many airlines now
fly to the area but very few are direct. Most airlines will
allow ‘open jaw’ tickets which means that you can fly into
one airport and out of another. Once we know the areas you
wish to visit we can advise on the most convenient airports
and search for suitable flights for you. The greatest choice
of flights is out of London Heathrow but there are a number
of choices from regional airports and this is improving all
the time. We will advise you of the options.
We have access to a wide range of airlines and airfares. As
a general rule we will quote our customers on the most
competitive airfares which are usually ‘special’ fares and
come with restrictions. Special fares offer the best value
for money but the seats can only be provisionally held for
48 hours and then must be paid for in full (ie there is no
option to pay a deposit). Once booked it is not possible to
change the dates and if you cancel there will be no refund.
Of course if you need to change or cancel for reasons beyond
your control (eg illness) then you can make a claim on your
travel insurance (every insurance policy is different so you
need to check your insurance cover). If you require
non-restricted tickets you must expect to pay a higher fare
and you must inform us at the time of booking. |
